Please Remember

If the property is affected by harsh light at different times of the day it should be a consideration when setting up the appointment.  Direct sunlight blasting in a window will send areas of the room into darkness, even with the best lighting equipment. 

If the house is being staged, please have everything in place before your appointment as It is difficult shooting a house filled with people and their tools. 

If a house is occupied and we are working with existing furnishings please have the occupants clear off tabletops and edit clutter wherever possible.  I can remove a lot of items on the computer, but this will only add to the processing time and slow down my process.

Pricing

Introductory pricing will be $50.00 for a single, edited exterior shot or for $100.00 you will get a minimum of fifteen photographs and a maximum of twenty-five if the property allows.  This will include all pertaining shots, i.e. interiors, exteriors, views and on the case of condos, the lobby.  I am prepared to address considerations specific to your property as they arise.

Turnaround

I'll need 48 hours for processing the photos taking into account any corrections in both perspective and general layout.

Photographs will be delivered via e-mail in low resolution at around 600 ppi width.  Full sized shots will be delivered via www.yousendit.com and will be held for you on the net for a total of fourteen days.  CDs will be burned by request only.
